- Perform a diagnostic test and examine faulty equipment
- Advise you on the problem and how to rectify
- Advise repair time and provide an estimate of cost
- Contact you personally by phone to test repaired equipment and collect
Our customer service policy ensures that you are advised promptly if we anticipate repair/ maintenance time may take longer than you have previously been advised and also if a machinery component needs to be ordered.

Collection and delivery available for ride on mowers. If you require this service for other equipment, please ask our staff.
